All products sold on our website are covered by the warranty of the manufacturer and/or importer.
How many days do I have to return an item?
You may return your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date by stating the reason for return. In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be unused, undamaged, and its resale condition must not be impaired.
What are the return conditions?
The following items must be complete in return shipments. If any of these are missing, the return request may not be accepted.
The invoice of the product,
The return form,
The product must be delivered complete and without damage, together with its box/packaging and, if any, standard accessories.
However, different return conditions may apply for certain categories due to the nature of products and services. If a product has return conditions that differ from the general return procedure, the conditions stated below (or on the relevant product page, if specified) shall take precedence.
Returns are not accepted for certain natural health products under any circumstances.
How do I return an item?
Before sending the product to us, you must submit your return request by filling out the product return form on this page. After our technical department notifies you with the shipping approval regarding the return, please fill out the return form included in the package and send the product back to us via the carrier that delivered your order. The approval information will be communicated to you by phone or email.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the sender. Cash on delivery/collect shipments will not be accepted.
Once the returned product reaches our technical service and its compliance with the return conditions is verified, the refund process will be initiated within 7 days at the latest. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment method and your bank’s processing times.
