AQUACOTE AquaMarine Hull is a silicone-based underwater protection paint, an anti-fouling coating solution for boat hulls. It provides a structure that makes it difficult for marine organisms to adhere to the hull by creating a smooth layer on the surface with silicone and fluoropolymer technologies.

In application, AquaMarine Hull Base is used over an epoxy primer, followed by the AquaMarine Hull Finish topcoat. AquaMarine Hull is a system that is an alternative to traditional toxic paints and contains no biocides, solvents, or V.O.C. (volatile organic compounds).

• AquaMarine Hull Base: A vinyl-based adhesive layer that provides color to the hull between the epoxy primer and AquaMarine Hull Finish. Contains no biocides, solvents, or V.O.C. 1 liter theoretically covers approximately 6.5 m².
• AquaMarine Hull Finish: A clear, single-component, silicone-based anti-fouling hull coating. Contains no pigment. Can be applied to all hulls, including new hulls, and over Hull Base on GRP, aluminum, and steel. Contains no solvents, harmful chemicals, or metallic elements. Contains no biocides, solvents, or V.O.C. 1 liter theoretically covers approximately 10 m² at a 100-micron dry film thickness.
