The Bullflex coupling, shaft size in mm. The Vetus Bullflex is specifically designed to eliminate shock and vibration. Torsional stress (especially caused by the irregular rotation of the engine at low RPM) is absorbed by the highly flexible rubber elements. This ensures vibration-free transmission between the engine and the propeller. The Bullflex coupling provides excellent centering between the propeller and the engine. An angular misalignment of up to 2° between the gearbox and the shaft is not a problem with the Bullflex. It has 4" and 5" connections. Compatible with most Hurth, Velvet, Som, ZF, PRM gearboxes.
