The blue-colored Caviness Type K canoe paddle, measuring 260 cm in length, is manufactured with a super rigid 29 mm diameter aluminum shaft and a yellow plastic coating. The blade, sized 25x56 cm, is made of hardened plastic.

Thanks to its pins, the blades can be detached from the shaft, allowing for more compact storage. The blades can be mounted either parallel or at a 90° reverse angle.
