The Maxwell HWC 2200 SCW/SD is a hydraulic horizontal windlass designed for 9-11 mm chain diameters and operates on a 12-volt power supply. As part of the HWC series, this model offers the primary chain hauling function along with the capability for a secondary rope operation using an independent gypsy or assisting with docking and mooring procedures.

It comes as a set including the motor and solenoid. A foot switch, circuit breaker, chain pipe, chain stripper (according to the desired chain size), and emergency manual override handle can also be ordered separately. Optionally, a chain stopper, hydraulic motor, control panel, vertical drum, or Autoanchor products are available.
